Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile
You will be required to provide efficient and highly accurate administrative and mapping support.
The post holder will provide direct support to the team in the operation of the Unit; assisting with customer services and finances, as well as work on specialist software Arc GIS.
- Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of working in an office.
- Experience of developing positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Experience in working in Arc GIS, CAD or similar and/or undertaking work of a geographical nature.
- Good knowledge of the Isle of Man and its localities.
- Is professional and credible.
- Experience in working with and reading maps, drawings, and plans, both electronically and on paper.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in handling invoice/account/licensing documentation.
- Experience of dealing with people in difficult circumstances using tact and diplomacy.
