Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑line supervision and mentorship for team administrators as direct reports.
- Support the Manager with day‑to‑day operations and team management activities.
- Oversee client entities and team portfolios, reporting to senior management.
- Act as client company Director/bank signatory with associated legal responsibilities.
- Assist with gambling license applications and coordinate with eGaming Compliance Team.
- Ensure all regulatory deadlines and CSP obligations are met for client portfolio.
- Undertake direct report objective setting and appraisal processes.
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and manage leave/sickness recording.
- Attend management meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
