Our client seeks am Assistant Client Administrator & Office Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile: To support the key departments of the business in their administrational duties. To process daily payments and provide high quality service to clients, working with counter - parties whilst ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirement of a TCSP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone, opening daily post
- Responsible for all office scanning, filing and archiving
- Delivering of documents to courts, notaries counterparties
- Keep office tidy and supplies stocked
- Perform daily payments in banking systems following the payment process
- Collect fee payments from clients' accounts
- Draft the annual returns for companies and trusts as applicable
- Prepare the beneficial ownership reporting for all entities
- Support senior administrators with bank application forms, KYC and ad-hoc requests
- Assist with company registry work (obtaining certificates of fact)
- Operate efficiently all current systems and ensure client data is accurate and up to date
- Ad hoc support
Key Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years administrative or accounting experience
- Proficient in the use MS Excel and Office
- High standard of general education
- Good attention to detail, reliable and accountable
- Good organisational skills
