Our client seeks an Asset Services Workflow Coordinator to join their team for a 6-month contract. This pivotal role will see you managing shared mailboxes, triaging incoming requests, and ensuring seamless workflow coordination across the Asset Services team. You will be the central coordination point, balancing workloads and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor shared mailboxes, ensuring timely review and triage of all incoming queries.
  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members based on urgency, complexity, and ownership.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure service levels and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Send holding responses and updates to internal and external stakeholders where appropriate.
