Our client seeks a Temporary Administrator to assist their team on a 3 month contract. This role plays a key part in delivering administrative and technical functions within the Team. You will be expected to provide a high quality of customer service to all clients, internal and external and will be responsible for the processing of invoices; maintaining the Registers; and provide supervision to the Support Services Administrative Assistant.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in an administrative role within a finance related, customer-based environment
  • Experience of dealing with and answering customer enquiries
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to use your own initiative and work with discretion
