An urgent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to support a major construction project on behalf of a specialist consultancy. This is an immediate requirement for a seasoned H&S professional who is comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex project environments and engaging with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
Initial contract confirmed until end of August, with a strong likelihood of extension through to October.
The Opportunity
This is a project assurance-focused role rather than a traditional site safety advisor position. You'll act as an independent health & safety presence across the project, providing oversight, assurance, and challenge to delivery teams, contractors, and supply chain partners to ensure high standards are maintained. The environment will involve major construction activity, contractor interfaces, and complex operational coordination.
