What youll be doing
- Conducting predominantly Type 1 & Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments and assessments on commercial and industrial properties.
- Producing high-quality reports using cloud-based platforms.
- Advising clients on corrective actions and building long-term relationships.
- Managing your own diary to balance independence with team collaboration.
- Staying up to date with legislation, CPD and best practice.
What youll need
- Experience in carrying out fire risk assessments (or H&S role with fire risk responsibilities).
- A Level 3 Fire Safety qualification (NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent) as a minimum – additional fire qualifications (e.g. fire doors, fire stopping) are desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A passion for professional growth and delivering best practice in fire safety.
