Our client, a leading independent construction and property consultancy, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join its growing Procurement and Supply Chain team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across sectors including Defence, Utilities, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and the Public Sector. The successful candidate will support organisations in delivering supply chain improvements, managing procurement challenges, and enhancing operational performance within complex and highly regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Deliver supply chain and procurement support across a portfolio of client projects. Analyse existing supply chain operations and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimisation. Develop sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain strategies tailored to client requirements. Lead supplier engagement activities, performance reviews, and relationship management programmes. Support procurement and tendering exercises, including market analysis and supplier evaluations. Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies. Produce reports, business cases, and recommendations for senior stakeholders. Support clients through supply chain transformation and change initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams and external suppliers. Requirements Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practice. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with complex supply chains and supplier networks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. Experience working within Defence, Utilities, Healthcare, Infrastructure, or Public Sector organisations. Consultancy or client-facing experience. CIPS qualification (or working towards). Knowledge of procurement regulations and supplier governance. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems. 5+ years' of supply chain experience What's on Offer Competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000.
