Senior Content Executive – Recruitment Marketing
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Content Executive to join our dynamic marketing team, supporting both Search and Henderson Scott. This role is focused on executing content plans based on high-level strategic direction. You will be responsible for content development and writing, ensuring that all marketing materials align with our business objectives and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Execution: Take high-level guidance on business strategy and marketing objectives and translate them into compelling, well-structured content.
- Multi-Format Writing: Produce high-quality blogs, whitepapers, industry reports, SEO blogs, social media content, email marketing copy, and marketing collateral.
- SEO & Digital Content: Optimise content for search engines and digital channels, improving visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Support: Develop content that aligns with wider marketing campaigns, supporting candidate attraction, employer engagement, and lead generation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure content meets brand and business requirements.
- Fast-Paced Delivery: Create content efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in content development and writing, specifically within the recruitment industry.
- A strong understanding of the candidate and client journey when using a recruitment agency.
- Strong writing skills with experience creating SEO blogs, social media content, email campaigns, whitepapers, and industry reports.
- Ability to take strategic direction and execute it into actionable content plans.
- Experience working at pace, balancing multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, SEO principles, and content marketing strategies is desirable.
