Our client, a leading independent construction and property consultancy, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join its growing Procurement and Supply Chain team in London.
The successful candidate will support organisations in delivering supply chain improvements, managing procurement challenges, and enhancing operational performance within complex and highly regulated environments.
- Deliver supply chain and procurement support across a portfolio of client projects.
- Analyse existing supply chain operations and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
- Develop sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Lead supplier engagement activities, performance reviews, and relationship management programmes.
- Support procurement and tendering exercises, including market analysis and supplier evaluations.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support clients through supply chain transformation and change initiatives.
Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practice.
Experience working with complex supply chains and supplier networks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and supplier governance.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.
5+ years' of supply chain experience.
