Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and customized proposals
  • Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable chiller solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored system solutions
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Handle contract preparation and negotiation in line with company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management
  • Support marketing initiatives, including events and sales materials

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, or relevant qualifications/experience in HVAC or technical sales
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC / chiller systems sales or related field
  • Candidates with experience in chiller service engineering or related technical roles are encouraged to apply
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles
