Legionella Risk Consultant in Sheffield

Water Hygiene/Legionella Consultant - Sheffield - Yorkshire Our client is a leading residential and commercial property consultancy, they implement property and facilities management services across a large and varied portfolio. They are recruiting for a Water Hygiene/Legionella Consultant tUndertaking legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines, as well as water hygiene duties including water sampling/temperature monitoring. Compiling schematic drawings, documents and reports for clients. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with COSHH regulations / ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 / BS 8580 -1 2019 * Compiling schematic drawings, as well as producing final documents for clients/customers * Providing recommendations for the elimination, reduction and management of risk * Collating and producing comprehensive reports and attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports Key Skills: * Experience of carrying out Legionella risk assessments and ideally from a Legionella Consultancy background * Suitable experience across multiple sectors is desirable (education / healthcare / commercial etc) * Suitable experience across multiple water system types is desirable (evaporative cooling / hot and cold water systems / spa’s and hot tubs / swimming pools * An approved Legionella Risk Assessment qualification eg. City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc * A good working knowledge of ACoP L8, HTM 04- 01 & other relevant Guidance Documents * Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs * Excellent communication skills * Be fluent in both verbal and written English This is a permanent Role Location: Sheffield, Leeds, Yorkshire Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Key Words: Legionella, ACoP L8, Water Hygiene, Consultancy, City & Guilds We thank you for your interest in this vacancy.
