Search People in the Midlands is seeking an MRICS Chartered Surveyor to assume the role of Regional Director in Building Surveying. You will own a regional team, guiding technical delivery, performance, and growth across the Midlands and North.

You’ll lead by example on project management, contract administration, and CDM/Building Safety Act compliance while developing client relationships and pursuing new instructions in residential and commercial sectors.
