I’m currently partnering with a highly respected, established firm of Chartered Surveyors who have been a dominant force in the London property market for over four decades. They are looking for a technically astute Valuation Surveyor and Registered Valuer to join their Survey and Professional Services team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a diverse and interesting workload across your region, stepping into people’s homes and properties to provide expert advice.
• Conducting Lender Valuations for major UK panels.
• Undertaking Red Book Valuations for probate, taxation, and matrimonial purposes.
• Delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys (Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys) for private clients.
• Preparing accurate, robust, and compliant reports within agreed SLAs.
• Building trusted relationships with lenders and private clients through clear communication and sound judgement.

Who I’m Looking For:

This role is perfect for a Surveyor who takes pride in their technical ability. You will thrive here if you:

• Are a RICS Registered Valuer (essential).
• Have strong experience in residential valuation for UK banks and building societies.
• Possess solid knowledge of building pathology and RICS Red Book requirements.
• Are self-motivated and disciplined enough to manage a diary independently.
