This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of residential property portfolios across the UK.
The Role:
In this autonomous, field-based position, you’ll conduct Fire and General Health & Safety Risk Assessments on purpose-built residential developments. You’ll be the expert on the ground, producing clear, actionable reports and providing trusted advice to clients, primarily Residential Property Managers. Your work will directly contribute to creating safer living environments.

About You:
You’re the ideal candidate if you have:
- Essential Qualifications: NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety AND the NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 quals).
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional travel/overnight stays.
- Proven experience conducting both Fire and H&S Risk Assessments.
- In-depth knowledge of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and relevant H&S legislation.
- The professional credibility and communication skills to advise clients confidently.
- A self-motivated, organised approach, thriving on managing your own schedule.
(Desirable: FPA Level 4 or similar; membership of IFE, IFSM, or IOSH.)
