A high profile and rapidly expanding Consultancy are looking for an experienced Fire Safety professional to lead the Fire Safety area of the team. The role will involve being the technical Fire Lead, keeping all internal Consultants up to date with legislation changes and giving advice and guidance in all Fire safety areas. You will be working with our clients nationally to support all the fire safety needs, carry out fire risk assessments and develop Fire Safety Plans for them. Working alongside the Director you will ensure all templates and audits reflect any changes in industry standards and you continually work to all the business and clients KPIs.

Key Skills:

  • Member of the IFE, IFSM, IFPO or equivalent level of accreditation.
  • Experience delivering risk-based fire safety solutions for multiple clients.
  • Have a sound understanding of risk assessment and a practical approach to risk management.
  • A self-starter with a good degree of initiative and self-motivation who can take ownership of tasks and deliver effective work without the need for close supervision.
  • Personality and flair to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner at all levels in a variety of communication methods.
  • Able to manage, motivate others to perform at a high level and develop their own professional competency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
