An exciting new opportunity has come up at a well established Artisan Bakery near Watford. You will be working alongside an experienced team of chefs and your primary role will be in the preparation of the cakes, pastries, viennoiserie and patisserie. The right candidate will not only need to have the experience but the passion and creativity required to progress the business.
We’re looking for someone who has:

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Experience with laminated dough, croissants and danish pastries essential
- Good time management
- Ability to work flexible hours 5 days out of 7
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, delegate tasks and lead junior staff
