- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support individual care plans
- Monitor and respond to patients' clinical needs, escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate records
- Report directly to the general service managers
The ideal Registered General Nurse:
- NMC registered RGN with relevant care home experience and at least 6 months UK experience
- Enhanced DBS
- Three years of employment references
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments
