The role of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Taking ownership and management of the enquiries and returns inbox, dealing with high volumes courteously and professionally
  • Processing return and repair requests and ensuring return labels are correctly issued to customers in good time
  • Providing customers with tracking information
  • Escalating complex return and repair requests to the relevant team member
  • Ensuring all return and repair requests are correctly logged on the internal system and updated on Excel sheets
  • Various other ad hoc customer service and administrative tasks as required

The ideal Customer Service Administrator:

  • Previous customer service experience — preferably multi-channel, office-based (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including Excel
