The role of Finance and HR Assistant:
- Acting as point of contact for accounts receivable duties and payroll-related queries, liaising with employees and external providers to resolve issues efficiently and confidentially.
- Supporting the HR function with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up new starters, processing leavers, and maintaining employee records.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support including document preparation, data entry, reporting, and ad hoc invoicing.
