The rewards:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm (may change slightly as a new project)
- 1 weekend every 2 weeks once fully trained, with flexibility on rest day
- On-site for first 1–2 weeks of training
The role of Customer Service Administrator:
- Make outbound calls to drivers and managers regarding parcel volume risks
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Communicate updates via email and phone
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
- Prepare and send operational reports
The ideal Customer Service Administrator:
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle required (Eurocentral is not easily accessible by public transport)
- Available immediately to start 26th May 2026
This is an ongoing contract role based in Eurocentral, joining a new project. You may be required to attend on-site training or team days as management require, even after the initial training period.
