Location: 100% Remote (UK based only)

Compensation: Up to £40,000 base salary + 40% commission flat rate on all invoicing

Contract: Full-Time/Permanent

This opportunity suits senior recruiters who want to maximize earnings without the burden of managing teams, commuting and looking to add more flexibility in their work/life balance. We are interested in speaking to established recruiters from the following niches:

  • Quant Investment Management (we already have an extensive network of clients/candidates)
  • Risk Management / Quantitative Risk Portfolio Management & Trading - (Recruiting PMs for buyside)
  • Financial Technology (Infrastructure and Core Software Engineering - placing into hedge funds, investment banks & financial services firms)
  • Technology Recruitment (Across any sector e.g. fintech/blockchain/SAAS etc.)
  • Machine Learning and Data Science (Cross-Industries)
  • SAAS Industry expertise (Sales/Account Management/Technology)
  • Private Equity (Investment/Portfolio Management/Investor Relations)

Key Requirements:

  • Established recruiter with experience in client and candidate management (360 recruitment only)
  • A proven track record of billing at least $400,000-$500,000 USD in a 12-month period (average per year over the last 24 months)
  • Self-sufficient, goal-oriented, and disciplined
  • Strong communicator with in-depth knowledge of their designated markets
  • Markets knowledge to leverage existing client relationships and utilize your own industry contacts
  • Authentic personality traits, with the mindset of continuous improvement & learning

  • Current Database coverage (Vincere) - 32,000+ candidates across financial technology, quantitative markets (Trading and Research), SAAS, fintech, risk management, Machine Learning, Data Science, PhD
  • 3,000+ BD prospects (Fintech/Financial Markets/SAAS/Quantitative Trading)
  • No corporate rules—entrepreneurial approach to maximize earnings
  • Training and support as needed (e.g. closing deals, managing clients even for the most experienced consultants)
  • Industry-standard incentives for top performers (monthly dinner clubs, holidays, luxury watch allowance)
  • Allowable expenses / reimbursements
  • You will operate as a senior individual contributor in your own PNL centre

Compensation / Benefits Summary:

  • Base Salary (£35K-£40K) + 40% flat rate commission on all invoicing. You must consider this opportunity as 'total comp'. Flexibility for exceptional candidates.
  • Commissions are paid two months in lieu
  • 28 days holiday per year
