Domestic Electric Vehicle Charging Point Maintenance Engineer / EV Electrician

£40,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£50,000 OTE)

You will be responsible for maintaining and fault-finding on a network of EV charging points within a localised area, while representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner. Customer engagement and service are just as important in this role as the technical expertise required to diagnose and resolve faults. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential.

What we're looking for

  • Fully competent in completing electrical certification using digital software
  • Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance
  • Ability to follow safe working procedures at all times
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations
  • Experience installing and terminating SWA cable
  • BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition)
  • Minimum of 2 years' electrical experience within a domestic environment
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience

  • Experience carrying out initial verification, inspection and testing on three-phase installations
