A leading global consultancy is looking to hire an experienced Workday Data Integrations Manager to join its established Workday consulting practice. This is a client-facing role supporting major UK and global transformation programmes, with a focus on Workday integrations, data, Workday Studio, global rollouts, and go-live delivery.
You’ll work across complex Workday programmes, leading integration and data workstreams, managing client requirements, and helping deliver scalable Workday solutions for large enterprise clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing Workday integration and data projects across large transformation programmes
- Leading complex Workday Studio integrations
- Supporting global Workday rollouts through design, build, test, and go-live
- Gathering requirements and facilitating client workshops
- Working across integrations in and out of Workday
- Analysing data and supporting Workday configuration activity
- Leading integration teams, including onshore and offshore resources
- Working closely with HR, Finance Transformation, and wider consulting teams
- Contributing to proposition development and business development activity
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering Workday integrations
- Hands-on or lead experience with Workday Studio
- Experience across Workday implementation, integration, or data workstreams
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Ability to lead teams through full lifecycle delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working on global or complex enterprise Workday programmes
- Current Workday certifications would be beneficial
