We are seeking ambitious and commercially minded Project Managers to join a growing team delivering some of the UK's most high-profile and technically complex developments. This role is ideal for professionals with a consultancy background who thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
You'll work alongside industry-leading experts, partnering with prestigious clients across a diverse portfolio of high-value developments, whilst benefiting from a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and entrepreneurial thinking.
Experience We're Looking For
- Project Managers with consultancy experience across one or more of the following sectors:
- Commercial office developments
- Workplace and fit-out projects
- Film, TV and creative studios
- Sports and stadia
- Volumetric and modular housing
- Aged care and healthcare facilities
- Luxury residential developments
- Hotels and hospitality projects
- Mixed-use and complex regeneration schemes
Key Responsibilities
- Leading projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders
- Managing programme, risk, procurement and project governance
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Driving successful project outcomes while maintaining exceptional client service
- Supporting business development and helping to grow long-term client relationships
About You
- An experienced Project Manager from a construction consultancy environment
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing role with senior stakeholders
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute and solutions focused
