We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Gainsborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing, with full training and clear progression opportunities available.
Pay & Progression
- £13.15 per hour - Entry level
- £13.88 per hour - After 12 months' service or once signed off in 2 areas
- £14.57 per hour - Once fully trained and signed off in all areas
As you develop your skills and become trained across different areas of production, you'll have the opportunity to increase your pay and progress towards a Semi-Skilled Operative role.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a busy manufacturing team, supporting the production process and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to a high standard. You’ll receive training on the job and have the opportunity to learn across multiple areas of the production process.
