We are looking for an ambitious Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join a growing Building Services team, working on a broad range of projects across the commercial, retail, residential, healthcare, and education sectors.

The Role
As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mechanical building services designs from concept through to completion. You will support senior engineers in the design and coordination of projects while developing your technical and software capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects.
- Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and drawings.
- Coordinate designs with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Support project teams across all stages of design and construction.
- Attend project meetings and contribute technical input.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects across various sectors.
Requirements
- Experience within Mechanical Building Services Engineering.
- Knowledge of projects within sectors such as commercial, retail, residential, healthcare, or education.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (3D).
- Some knowledge of IESVE would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technically.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, although candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
