Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management That Makes an Impact: Lead accurate, compliant monthly and weekly payrolls while resolving daily client and internal queries.
- Policies, Processes & Improvement: Develop compliant payroll procedures, streamline workflows, and keep policies updated.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage the payroll team, drive organised problem solving, and collaborate across the practice.
