Responsibilities

  • Provide visible, effective clinical leadership across the ward
  • Lead, support and develop a team of nursing professionals
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical practice
  • Support staff through supervision, mentoring and professional development
  • Collaborate with senior management and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Promote recovery-focused care and positive patient outcomes

Key requirements

  • valid NMC registration as RMN
  • previous leadership experience in mental health or similar setting
