Why join us?

- Learn the full temporary recruitment cycle, from taking a client's brief through to placement and ongoing relationship management.
- Source, screen and register candidates, including nurses, senior carers and care assistants, keeping them engaged and ready for work.
- Fill temporary vacancies for healthcare clients, making sure they get a fast, reliable and compliant service.
- Build relationships with healthcare clients by phone, growing your confidence and your own client base as you develop.
- Take on business development activity such as cold calling, networking and market mapping, with coaching to help you win new clients.
- Keep accurate records on our internal CRM, tracking vacancies, candidates and client activity.
