We're currently recruiting for an Aftersales Executive to join a well-established premium automotive dealership in Macclesfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a busy aftersales team, build strong customer relationships and develop their career within a premium automotive environment.
The Opportunity
As an Aftersales Executive, you'll be a key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle ownership and aftersales journey.
You'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive a professional, friendly and seamless experience, while working closely with the wider dealership and workshop teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries and service bookings
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
- Liaising with the workshop and wider dealership team
- Managing customer expectations and resolving queries effectively
- Identifying opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and aftersales revenue
- Ensuring customer information and records are maintained accurately
- Supporting the wider team in delivering excellent customer service
About You
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service environment, with automotive experience highly desirable.
You may currently be working as a:
- Service Advisor
- Aftersales Advisor
- Customer Service Advisor
- Service Receptionist
- Aftersales Executive
- Customer Experience Advisor
Most importantly, you'll be confident dealing with customers, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.
You'll need to be organised, professional and genuinely committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
