Payroll Manager Dundee | Salary: GBP40,000 – GBP50,000

Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Work Structure: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management That Makes an Impact: Lead accurate, compliant monthly and weekly payrolls while resolving daily client and internal queries.
  • Policies, Processes & Improvement: Develop compliant payroll procedures, streamline workflows, and keep policies updated.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage the payroll team, drive organised problem solving, and collaborate across the practice.
  • Beyond Payroll: Support wider finance responsibilities, help shape an efficient future focused function, and maintain seamless processes.
