About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Site Manager to take a leading role in coordinating supervisors, teams, and work activities on behalf of Senior Site Management. This is a hands-on, safety-critical position where you will ensure work is delivered on time, to quality, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. You will be the on-site lead, responsible for guiding teams, solving problems, and ensuring smooth operations across mechanical and electrical installations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality.
- Coordinate with other work parties to promote efficient and safe working practices.
- Ensure compliance with all QEHS procedures, site rules, and relevant legislation.
- Proactively manage task cards, timesheets, and expenses within project milestones.
- Support the Installation Manager in daily operations and reporting.
- Foster a positive safety culture and ensure duty of care for all individuals on site.
Experience Required
- Apprentice trained with C&G/NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in a relevant discipline, plus 3+ years' experience as a supervisor; OR Degree qualified with 2+ years' supervisory experience in Electricity Supply Industry, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or General Construction.
- Experience in mechanical and electrical installation environments is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
