Logistics Operator

Location: Livingston
Salary: £13.50 increasing to £14.25 after 12 week training period
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

We're looking for a hands-on distribution operative to join a busy operation in Livingston.

You'll be part of the day-to-day movement of goods and spare parts, including goods out, dispatch and loading and unloading vehicles.

What you’ll be doing:

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking, packing and dispatching goods and spare parts
• Preparing goods for shipment including customs documentation
• Booking stock in and out
• Keeping the warehouse organised and safe
• Supporting the wider logistics team

What we’re looking for:

• Distribution or logistics experience within a manufacturing environment
• A reliable and hands-on approach
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Forklift licence beneficial, but not essential
