We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on a project in Leicester from September through to Christmas with the potential of this extending. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing earthworks compliance testing, carrying out site surveys, and managing the monitoring of zone load testing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate earthworks compliance testing.
  • Conduct and manage site surveys as required.
  • Monitor and record zone load testing operations.
  • Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Produce accurate survey and testing records.
  • Liaise effectively with site management and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or earthworks projects.
  • Strong knowledge of earthworks compliance procedures and testing requirements.
  • Experience carrying out site surveys and monitoring load testing activities.
  • Must be proficient in LSS CAD software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage site engineering duties effectively.
  • Valid CSCS card and relevant engineering qualifications preferred.
