Temporary Site Administrator - Construction
Location: Hornsea, HU18
Start Date: ASAP - ideally Tuesday 22nd September 2026
End Date: 9th October 2026
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour, depending on experience
Pay Frequency: Weekly
We are currently looking for a Temporary Site Administrator to join a construction project based in Hornsea, HU18.
This is a short-term opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator who is confident working in a busy construction site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the site team
- Maintaining and updating paperwork and records
- Answering emails and telephone calls
- Data entry and document management
- Filing and organising documents
- Assisting with general site administration
- Supporting the wider site team with day-to-day administrative duties
About You
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Previous construction or site administration experience would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
- Available to start immediately, ideally Tuesday 22nd September
