Responsibilities
- Lead the 2 Rosette restaurant, afternoon tea service, and wedding & events menus.
- Oversee all food operations, develop seasonal menus, and manage a small kitchen team, delivering consistently high standards.
- Manage stock, GP targets, and ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations, while promoting teamwork and consistency across the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Current Head Chef or ambitious Sous Chef ready for their first Head Chef role, with experience delivering 2/3 Rosette standard dishes.
- Background in a quality hotel kitchen, strong leadership skills, a hands-on mentoring approach, excellent attention to detail, and flexibility to work across various shifts to meet business needs.
