Location: Central Scotland (outside Glasgow) • 2 Days Hybrid

We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Care Administrator to join our team within the construction / housebuilding sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised, and working in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing customer care enquiries
  • Logging issues and arranging repairs with contractors
  • Chasing updates and making sure jobs are completed on time
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Supporting the customer care team with general admin tasks

Qualifications

  • Must have experience working with a builder or within construction / housebuilding
  • Good communication skills and a friendly manner
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
