Join a fast-paced, high-performing team as a Finance Assistant with a leading business. This is a busy, high-volume role where accuracy and strong time management are essential. You will support the finance tasks; knowledge of VAT and CIS is a real advantage.
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 08:00-17:00
- Friday: 08:00-16:00 (39-hour week, 1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up new contracts, suppliers, subcontractors, and operatives in the COINS finance system
- Managing weekly subcontractor payments and completing IR35 checks
- Processing invoices, petty cash, and supplier credit applications
- Preparing retention releases and supporting supplier payment runs
- Handling credit control tasks, including inbox management and payment chasing when needed
