About the Role
A fast-paced Sales Administrator role supporting customer enquiries, order processing, and coordination across sales and internal teams. Ideal for someone organised, confident, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly first point of contact, handling calls and emails from customers excited to learn about our products
- Send out product samples and follow up to keep the conversation going
- Team up with procurement and accounts to keep everything running like clockwork
