We are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our client's operations team on an early shift. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, leading people, driving performance, and maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of production operatives and agency staff
- Manage resources to hit daily and hourly production targets
- Drive a Right First Time quality culture
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and a well-organised shop floor
- Complete production reporting and lead shift handovers
- Support training, performance management, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems
