About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications & Digital Standardisation Specialist to support our ongoing transformation programme as the business transitions from Canada Water to St Paul's. This role sits at the heart of our communications function—focusing on digital consistency, promotional effectiveness, and elevating the quality and impact of our internal and external marketing materials. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve messaging, streamline digital content, and ensure brand alignment across programmes and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Communications Standardisation
- Develop, refine, and standardise communication templates, digital assets, and messaging.
- Ensure consistency across all channels as part of the Canada Water – St Paul's transition.
- Support the creation of high-impact presentations, promotional materials, and digital tools.
- Marketing & Promotional Effectiveness
- Review and enhance existing marketing content to ensure clarity, engagement, and "wow factor".
- Work with teams to improve campaign effectiveness and brand visibility.
- Analyse communication performance and suggest continuous improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with cross-functional teams to align communications across projects.
- Provide support to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear, concise, and engaging messaging.
- Content Creation & Editing
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications across email, intranet, presentations, decks, and digital platforms.
- Manage content flow and support the rollout of new tools and communication frameworks.
