Overview
In this role you drive new business in the East Midlands through proactive field sales, building and managing a pipeline and converting prospects into customers. You’ll work with the sales team to support growth, keep the CRM up to date, and thrive on targets in a hands-on, field-based environment. You’ll join a family-run business with a clear path to impact, using your persistence and charm to turn no into yes. This is a high-activity, reward-driven opportunity with potential for uncapped earnings.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business via cold calls and door-to-door outreach
- Manage and nurture an own sales pipeline to meet monthly targets
- Serve as the interface between customers and internal teams
- Maintain and update the CRM with prospect and deal information
- Support the wider sales team as needed
Key requirements
- 2+ years' field sales experience
- Experience selling contracted services; waste management experience a plus
- Thick skin and resilience to rejection
- Social media prospecting skills
- Confident, articulate, and rapport-building communication
- Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
