Cashbook Clerk- 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Search are currently working for a global business based in Leeds who are looking are looking for a Cashbook Clerk to join their growing team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Finance Graduates will be considered!
Job Duties:
- Organise and prepare payment runs and any ad hoc payment requests
- Online banking administration
- Allocating of cash on both sides of the ledgers
- Assisting with reviewing and organising of company car leasing
- Regular communication with colleagues across the business
- Keep Excel spreadsheets up to date
- Undertaking ad hoc admin finance tasks to support the team
Successful candidate will possess:
- Experience of working within a similar business before
- Microsoft proficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Work to timed deadlines
- Worked with SAP before
Whats on offer:
- Salary up to £27000 per annum DOE
- Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 17:30
- 3 days in the office 2 days working from hom e
- 25 days annual leave plus banks
