Search Recruitment is seeking a number of Backshift/Nightshift Production Operatives to work within a busy production area with our client based in Moodiesburn.
Main Duties:
- Knotting & trimming of sausage casings.
- Ensuring casings are trimmed according to size specifications.
- Maintaining high hygiene standards at work stations.
- Performing visual quality inspection checks on products.
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties as required.
A good level of manual dexterity and attention to detail are required, as the process is very delicate.
Candidate Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a food production environment.
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- English level: Minimum Intermediate.
Working Hours and Pay:
- Shift rotation: 3 backshifts/nightshifts followed by 3 days off (6 days on, 3 days off).
- Pay after training: £15.87 per hour.
- Training period (4 weeks): £12.21 per hour, working dayshift only.
- Weekly pay.
