Search are supporting a growing and well-established organisation in the heart of Manchester!
We\’re looking for a fluent French and English-speaking Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team on a 14-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment with excellent benefits.
This will be on a full time basis working Monday to Friday (hours are flexible: 8-4pm, 8:30-4:30pm, 9-5pm) with hybrid working (2 days office and 3 days from home).
Key Responsibilities:
- Check invoices for accuracy and required documentation
- Spot and flag any potential issues or risks
- Double-check invoice totals and calculations
- Ensure all approvals are in place and escalate if needed
- Make sure financial documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with vendors and colleagues to resolve queries and provide updates
What We\’re Looking For:
- Fluency in both French and English
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Knowledge of VAT input tax processes and related rates
- A team player with a customer service mindset
