Search Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Wrexham for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join their operation on an ongoing basis. This role involves general haulage work across the UK, working with a variety of loads and delivery locations. Drivers will be expected to have experience securing loads using ratchet straps and to carry out all deliveries safely and professionally.

Duties Include:

  • General haulage deliveries and collections
  • Curtainsider operations
  • Load securing using ratchet straps
  • Vehicle checks and completion of delivery paperwork
  • Adhering to drivers' hours and WTD regulations
  • Other general driving duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience
  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
  • Valid CPC Qualification Card
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Previous experience using ratchet straps
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
