About You

  • Experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Resourcing or Recruitment Operations
  • Early careers, graduate, academy or apprenticeship recruitment experience
  • Experience working alongside RPO or MSP recruitment models
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities
  • Experience delivering high-volume, programme-led or cohort recruitment activity
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and present recruitment metrics
  • Exceptional communication and candidate management skills

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package
  • Opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected organisation
  • Ownership of high-profile recruitment programmes
