We're recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established banking organisation in Swindon. Following a comprehensive training programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, combining office and home working. The Role As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of everyday banking enquiries. You'll provide a professional and helpful service while ensuring customer needs are resolved efficiently and accurately.
