Search Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of clients across the Stoke-on-Trent area for experienced Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category C) Drivers. We are working with a number of established transport and logistics businesses offering ongoing opportunities across general haulage, pallet networks and distribution.
Current vacancies include:
- Curtainsider work with forklift offload at delivery points, keeping manual handling to a minimum
- A variety of other driving roles throughout the region
Duties Include:
- Curtainsider deliveries
- Palletised deliveries and collections
- Local and regional distribution
- Vehicle checks and completion of relevant paperwork
- Safe and efficient delivery of goods
- Other general driving duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' Class 1 or Class 2 driving experience
- Valid HGV licence
- CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of drivers' hours regulations
- Professional and reliable approach
